Thông báo mời đối tác chiến lược tham gia quản lý vận hành, kinh doanh dịch vụ khách sạn

Tổng công ty Du lịch Hà Nội mời đối tác là Doanh nghiệp Quốc tế (có quốc tịch nước ngoài) hoặc doanh nghiệp nước ngoài liên danh với doanh nghiệp trong nước có kinh nghiệm quan tâm dự án nêu trên gửi hồ sơ năng lực đến Chủ đầu tư để được xem xét đánh giá năng lực và được mời tham gia đàm phán ký kết hợp đồng triển khai dự án theo yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư, cụ thể như sau:

1. Yêu vầu và nhiệm vụ đối tác

- Là Doanh nghiệp thuộc nhóm nước G20 hoặc liên danh với một doanh nghiệp trong nước.

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành và kinh doanh dịch vụ khách sạn đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao.

- Đối tác được lựa chọn cam kết tự nguyện chuyển cho Tổng công ty Du lịch Hà Nội một khoản tiền để cùng Tổng công ty thực hiện hoạt động đầu tư. Khoản tiền này sẽ được chuyển lại cho đối tác theo quy định tại Hợp đồng giữa hai bên.

- Đối tác sẽ tham gia ý tưởng trong quá trình Chủ đầu tư thực hiện công tác thiết kế dự án đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.

- Địa điểm thực hiện dự án: 27 Lý Thường Kiệt, phường Cửa Nam, TP. Hà Nội, Việt Nam.

- Nguồn vốn: Vốn Tự có của Chủ đầu tư và vốn vay.

2. Thành phần hồ sơ năng lực

- Đơn đề xuất quan tâm tham gia là đối tác chiến lược tham gia quản lý vận hành kinh doanh dịch vụ khách sạn đạt chuẩn 5 sao.

- Bản cam kết về khoản tiền đóng góp và tham gia ý tưởng trong quá trình Chủ đầu tư thực hiện công tác thiết kế dự án đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.

- Hồ sơ chứng minh tư cách hợp lệ của đối tác bao gồm: (i) tài liệu thành lập doanh nghiệp của nước mà doanh nghiệp có quốc tịch; (ii) bản báo cáo tài chính được kiểm toán trong 2 năm tài chính gần nhất của đối tác.

- Hồ sơ chứng minh năng lực kinh nghiệm của đối tác bao gồm:

+ Hồ sơ giới thiệu năng lực đã và đang thực hiện quản lý vận hành và kinh doanh dịch vụ khách sạn đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao tại các nước phát triển thuộc nhóm nước G20 cho ít nhất 05 khách sạn trong thời gian 5 năm trở lại đây, kèm theo hình ảnh và hồ sơ các khách sạn đã và đang quản lý vận hành.

+ Hồ sơ giới thiệu hệ thống quản lý vận hành: bao gồm giới thiệu cơ cấu tổ chức nhân sự tham gia quản lý vận hành.

+ Hồ sơ giới thiệu về các chứng chỉ được tặng chứng nhận hoặc bằng khen của tổ chức có liên quan.

3. Thời gian và địa chỉ gửi hồ sơ năng lực:

Hồ sơ năng lực vui lòng gửi tới Tổng công ty Du lịch Hà Nội - Số 18, phố Lý Thường Kiệt, phường Cửa Nam, thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam.

Hồ sơ năng lực phải được gửi đến chậm nhất: 11 giờ ngày 20 tháng 10 năm 2025.

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT, OPERATION, AND SERVICE BUSINESS

Hanoitourist Corporation cordially invites strategic partners to participate in the management, operation, and business of a five-star international-standard hotel invested by Hanoitourist Corporation, with a planned scale of approximately 70 to 100 rooms.

Hanoitourist Corporation invites interested partners who are international enterprises (with foreign nationality) or foreign enterprises forming a consortium with domestic companies and possessing relevant experience to submit their capability profiles to the Investor for review and evaluation. Qualified partners will be invited to participate in negotiations and the signing of contracts for the implementation of the project, as required by the Investor. Details are as follows:

1. Partner Requirements and Responsibilities

- The partner must be an enterprise from a G20 member country or a consortium with a domestic enterprise.

- Must have proven experience in the management, operation, and business of five-star standard hotels.

- The selected partner shall voluntarily contribute a sum of money to Hanoitourist Corporation to jointly carry out the investment activities. This amount will be reimbursed to the partner in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Agreement between the two parties.

- The partner shall participate in providing input and ideas during the project design phase to ensure efficient hotel operation.

- Project location: 27 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

- Capital source: Investor’s own capital and loans.

2. Composition of the Capability Profile

- Letter of Interest: A proposal expressing the partner’s interest in becoming a strategic partner to participate in the management, operation, and business of the five-star standard hotel.

- Commitment Letter: A written commitment regarding the financial contribution and participation in providing ideas during the project design phase to ensure efficient operation.

- Documents evidencing the partner’s legal status, including: (i) The enterprise establishment documents issued by the country of incorporation; (ii) Audited financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years.

- Documents evidencing the partner’s capacity and experience, including:

+ A company profile demonstrating experience in managing, operating, and conducting hotel business services meeting five-star standards in developed G20 countries for at least five (05) hotels within the past five (05) years, accompanied by photos and relevant documentation of the hotels under management.

+ A profile introducing the hotel management system, including the organizational structure and personnel involved in operations management.

+ Copies of certificates, awards, or recognitions granted by relevant organizations.

3. Timeframe and Submission Address for Capability Profiles:

Capability profiles should be submitted to: Hanoitourist Corporation - No. 18 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

All submissions must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on October 20, 2025.
