Vietnam Airlines increases flights during April 30 and May 1

(Hanoitourist) - From April 25 to May 5, Vietnam Airlines will add 342 domestic flights to satisfy the surging demand for traveling during the long public holidays - the Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1). VNA1104JPG

Accordingly, the seating capacity would increase by up to 20% on 16 certain air routes compared to normal days with around 58,700 seats.

In which, the Vietnam national flag carrier is expected to increase as many as 308 flights (equivalent to 53,700 seats) on some "hot routes" like: Ho Chi Minh city- Da Nang (91 flights), Hanoi-Da Nang (87 flights), Hanoi-Nha Trang (28 flights), Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh city (26 flights), Ho Chi Minh city-Phu Quoc (24 flights), Hanoi-Phu Quoc (16 flights), Ho Chi Minh city-Nha Trang (13 flights), and Hanoi-Dien Bien (23 flights).

These additional services are mainly fall on April 29 to May 4, thus helping the airline to provide a total of 382,500 seats, an increase of 18% as normal plan.
