Established in 2003 by the Hanoi People’s Committee, the Trading and Man power supplying Company directly under Hanoi Tourist Corporation has the function of training and supplying labor and export to hotels and tourism businesses, importing and exporting goods, organizing exhibitions and fairs and organizing laundry services.
With much experience, the Company has trained and supplied manual labor and experts for export to important markets such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Dubai, Algeria, the Czech Pepublic and Slovakia. As an official member of the World Association of labor export, the Company has for many years met the demand for manual labor and skilled experts of the counterparts’country, helping to improve the position of Vietnam in the international labor market as well as contributing greatly to the State budget as a result of labor supply.
In order to improve the efficient, the Company has cooperated to train thousand of people in accounting, business administration, tourism, marketing, personel management, finance management, quality management. With a wide relationship with almost all universities, colleges, high schools, vocational schools in the country, the Company has quickly become an important partner with organizations, companies at home and abroad in supplying manual labor and qualified experts and has received many good recommendations from customers and partners as well as the laborers themselves. Besides, the Company also does business in the field of studying abroad, supporting many Vietnamese students and postgraduate students to study in prestigious universities, colleges and high schools in Canada, Japan, the UK, the USA, Mexico, New Zealand and Singapore.
In perallel with the main business line of training and developing labor, the Company also does business in the field of tour, hotel, import and export, exhibition and trade promotion. Together with the subordinate Lotus blossom hotel and Laundry enterprise, the Company has been diversifying its business, then improving its efficiency, encreasing profit and living standard of the labor as well as fulfill the obligations to the State.
