Hanoi destined for CraftViet 2014
The event hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will have over 300 booths displaying handicraft and fine arts items such as silver and gold jewelry, rattan and bamboo, dried flowers, silk flowers, and pearl inlay.
The fair will also showcase agro-products, and have seminars on development of handicraft villages in Viet Nam, application of technical advance in handicraft villages, environmental protection, building of new rural areas, and cultural and gastronomic space for regional signature dishes.
As of June 30, Viet Nam had 1,578 registered traditional craft villages./.
